Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of more than 15 members in the Service stations, including the Dining and Counter areas.
Focus on cascading updates from the management to the team members.
Initiate and facilitate coaching and staff training.
De-escalate employee conflicts and customer complaints.
Co-supervise with other team leads within the department.
Cascades latest product, service, and production processes.
Job Specifications:
At least High School Graduate.
At least 1 year of experience in leading and supervising a team, focusing on customer service and food industry operations.
Has strong knowledge of food production processes and food safety standards.
Willing to work in Commonwealth, Quezon City.
