Job Objectives:
To maintain responsive and efficient operations through designing and creating process workflows, targeting process improvement for all restaurant stations.
To establish and maintain a system of continuous process improvement in store operations.
Creation and management of escalation, feedback, process improvements, policies, documentation systems, schedules, and supply chain.
Job Specifications:
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Business Course, or other relevant field.
With experience in office administration or any applied engineering/technical work.
Proficient in spreadsheet functions and reporting.
Strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
Knowledgeable in systems thinking and process improvement.
Willing to work onsite in Greenhills San Juan City.
