Job Overview:

You will have to maintain and monitor important applicants' documents; making sure they will comply with their requirements and achieve deadlines. Also, you will have to coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and safekeep accurate records of employees.
  • Ensure that applicants' requirements are valid and up to date.
  • Support the recruitment team in conducting screening and interviews.
  • Liaise pending requirements with new employees before onboarding orientation.
  • Communicate with the appropriate department regarding phone and/or email inquiries.

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Psychology, or any related 4-year course.
  • Preferably with related experience. 
  • Willing to be trained in San Juan City.
  • Willing to work in Upper Session Road, Baguio City.
