Project Manager - Greenhills

San Juan, Philippines

Project Manager

We are seeking an agile, tech-savvy, and highly organized Project Manager (Assistant to Associate level) to join our team. This role bridges the gap between engineering, business, and IT. You will be a proactive "doer" responsible for the independent execution of diverse projects, ranging from back-office systems administration and software development tracking to construction project coordination.

If you are a self-starter who loves designing efficient data workflows, managing systems, and coordinating physical project timelines, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Independent Execution: Own and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met with minimal supervision.
  • Manage Systems & Development: Oversee back-office systems administration and collaborate closely with technical teams to guide internal systems development and workflows.
  • Coordinate Construction Projects: Act as the vital link between management and field operations, coordinating schedules, resources, and documentation for construction projects.
  • Architect Data Flows (MIS): Design, implement, and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) to efficiently collect, gather, process, and report critical business data.
  • Train & Enable Teams: Develop user-friendly training materials and conduct sessions to ensure seamless team adoption of new systems, tools, and processes.
  • Apply Agile/PM Frameworks: Implement appropriate methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall) to optimize team workflows and delivery.

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree either in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business Administration/Management Information Systems, or relevant field.
  • Experience in project management, showing a proven track record of executing projects independently.
  • For starters, at least shows independence and grit in executing projects independently.
  • Fundamental knowledge of data science concepts (data collection, structures, and basic analytics) and an understanding of how MIS pipelines function.
  • Prior exposure or experience to construction management or site coordination is an advantage.
  • Autonomy and adaptability to pivot between digital and physical projects.

Why Join Us

  • You have the autonomy and ownership to independently execute projects, make meaningful decisions, and see the direct impact of your work.
  • You get to sharpen your skills in systems development, data science applications, and physical construction management.
  • Positioned at the Assistant to Associate level, this role is designed to fast-track and fully equip you into senior project management and operational leadership.
  • Work alongside a team that values data-driven decisions, innovation, and continuous improvement.
