Job Overview:
You will enhance your baking skills and be in charge of to preparing different types of bread and pastries. Ensuring all areas and food storage is clean, properly sanitized, and organized.
Job Objectives:
To prepare, produce, and bake pastries.
To ensure food surfaces and baking equipment meet all health and safety standards
To ensure that all the foods that we prepare will satisfy the customer.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Decorate, glaze, apply icing, and prepare toppings for baked goods
Knead, roll, cut, and prepare dough as needed
Clean and maintain baking equipment, utensils, and tools
Maintaining the Standard Operating Procedures of the workplace.
Lead a team of bakers, dining, and counter staff.
Job Specifications:
At least High School graduate.
Preferably with experience in baking pastry.
Preferably with leadership experience in food industry.
Willing to work during weekends and holidays
Willing to work in a quick-service restaurant.
Willing to work in Baclaran Roxas, Paranaque.
