Candidate Profile:

As Office Manager, it is essential that you are articulate with good command of leadership, highly organized, keen attention to detail, responsive, resourceful, and result-oriented.

Job Overview:

You get to lead a team and craft innovative office system solutions to continually improve and impact overall employee experience. Enhance your abilities by learning the ropes of change management, process reengineering, and lean six sigma.

Job Objectives:

  • To maintain responsive and efficient back-office operations.

  • To create a fun and professional workplace environment.

  • To provide a positive employment experience across journeys, levels, and touchpoints.

  • To pass all government and private compliance requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Daily monitoring of interdepartment communication, compliance, and performance metrics.

  • Creation and management of escalation, feedback, process improvements, policies, documentation systems, schedules, and supply chain.

  • Finding and resolving risks, issues, and overall improvement opportunities.

  • Maintains safety, security, orderliness, and cleanliness at the workplace.

  • Regular performance feedback and reporting.

  • Provide support in the back office operations and the company finances.

Job Specifications:

  • Degree in Office Administration or relevant field.

  • With experience in office administration or any applied engineering/technical work.

  • Proficient in spreadsheet functions and reporting.

  • Strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills.

  • Knowledgeable in systems thinking and process improvement.

  • Willing to work onsite in Greenhills San Juan City.
