Job Overview:

You will have to maintain and monitor important documents like company permits, employee data, etc. Also, you will have to coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Job Objectives:

  • To maintain and safekeep accurate records of employees.
  • To make sure that company permits and licenses are up to date.
  • To coordinate with other departments as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Make purchase orders for office supplies.
  • Greet, and handle visitors/guests’ inquiries.
  • Maintain and update employee data; includes 201 filings and encoding.
  • Liaise pending requirements with new employees before onboarding orientation.
  • Communicate with the appropriate department regarding phone and/or email inquiries; responsible for the monitoring of calls.
  • Monitor and coordinate with the accounting department for processing of government benefits, business permits, and other compliances.

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resource, Psychology, or any related 4-year course.
  • Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Willing to work in San Juan City.
