Job Overview:
Your role is vital in delivering timely hiring and recruitment, ensuring accuracy in administrative duties, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. These will be focusing on the key results area of people management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain and safekeep accurate records of employees.
Ensure that applicants' requirements are valid and up to date.
Support the recruitment team in conducting screening and interviews.
Liaise pending requirements with new employees before onboarding orientation.
Communicate with the appropriate department regarding phone and/or email inquiries.
Manage employee conflict resolution activities.
Job Specifications:
Graduate of any 4-year course.
Preferably with experience working in the food industry (Can be as Crew, Team Lead, or Supervisory level).
Work experience in leading a team is an advantage.
Willing to work in Upper Session Road, Baguio City.
