Job Overview:

Your role is vital in delivering timely hiring and recruitment, ensuring accuracy in administrative duties, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. These will be focusing on the key results area of people management.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and safekeep accurate records of employees.

  • Ensure that applicants' requirements are valid and up to date.

  • Support the recruitment team in conducting screening and interviews.

  • Liaise pending requirements with new employees before onboarding orientation.

  • Communicate with the appropriate department regarding phone and/or email inquiries.

  • Manage employee conflict resolution activities.


Job Specifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course.

  • Preferably with experience working in the food industry (Can be as Crew, Team Lead, or Supervisory level).

  • Work experience in leading a team is an advantage.

  • Willing to work in Upper Session Road, Baguio City.
