As a native HR company, we seek a mature HR Employee Relation to drive Cultural Transformation initiatives.

Job Objectives:

As HR Assistant, you are responsible for the rigorous monitoring of operational metrics, talent proficiency, and workplace compliance. Through regular store visits and professional documentation, you must detect operational risks, conduct labor-related due processes, and propose data-driven solutions to optimize performance, attendance, retention, and service quality.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Operational Metrics Tracking & Analysis

  • Performance Monitoring: Maintain real-time tracking of key deployment metrics including Attendance Rate, Vacancy Rate, and Attrition Rate.
  • Quality & Satisfaction: Monitor CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) and NPS (Net Promoter Score) to ensure talent performance aligns with client expectations.
  • Standards Audit: Conduct regular Grooming Checks and behavioral audits during store visits to ensure all talents uphold the brand image and professional standards.

2. Talent Proficiency & Development

  • KSA Observation: Conduct Skills Proficiency Checks by observing talents in action. Assess their Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA) against the required job standards.
  • Gap Identification: Identify specific training gaps or performance dips and report them with recommended interventions to the Senior Analyst.

3. Employee Relations & Risk Intelligence

  • Intelligence Gathering: Build professional rapport with talents to gather "ground-level" intelligence regarding morale, hidden grievances, or competitors' movements.
  • Retention Strategy: Implement surveys and feedback loops to identify factors affecting retention; lead recognition initiatives to boost talent morale.
  • Risk Mitigation: Act as an early-warning system for potential mass resignations or labor unrest.

4. Labor Relations & Compliance

  • Due Process Management: Execute the administrative requirements of Labor Relations, including delivering Notices to Explain (NTE), assisting in administrative hearings, and ensuring due process is documented perfectly.
  • General Labor Standards: Conduct regular compliance inspections at deployment sites to ensure the working environment adheres to statutory health, safety, and labor standards.

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Human Resource, or related field.
  • Exceptional professional writing skills (for incident reports and NTEs) and the ability to communicate effectively with both field staff and store management.
  • Ability to analyze metrics (NPS/CSAT) and propose actionable solutions rather than just reporting numbers.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for store visits and field audits.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism. Capable of handling sensitive Labor Relations issues with confidentiality and objectivity.
  • Amenable to work full-time and onsite in Greenhills, San Juan City.
  • The role is open for newly graduates.
