Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate stock inventory management.
Monitor the attendance and performance of the team members.
Conduct timely performance assessments and disseminate feedback reviews.
Cascades latest product, service, and production processes.
Monitor and ensure the on time delivery of goods and stocks from the commissary kitchen to the designated branch locations.
Job Specifications:
At least high school graduate or college level.
Able to identify risks, analyze stock inventory, and create reports.
Able to ensure proper inventory management.
Proven experience working in the team lead or supervisory level in customer service and kitchen operations.
Has strong knowledge of food production processes and food safety standards.
Willing to work in a commissary kitchen.
Willing to work in Brgy Sikatuna Village Diliman, Quezon City.
