What You’ll Be Doing
Scaling Excellence: Taking the success of one store and replicating it across your entire cluster.
Strategic Coaching: Moving from "doing" to "leading," spending your days in the field empowering your managers to solve problems and hit their KPIs.
Business Optimization: Looking at the numbers to find the "why" behind the "what", optimizing labor, reducing waste, and driving record-breaking sales.
Culture Building: Ensuring that every store in your group feels like a community, where staff are engaged and guests feel the joy of our service.
Who You Are
The Multi-Unit Expert: You have at least 2+ years of experience managing multiple sites (QSR/Fast Food preferred) and know how to manage your time effectively between locations.
The People Champion: You have a proven track record of reducing turnover and promoting talent from within.
The Growth Mindset: You aren't satisfied with "good enough." You are always looking for the continuous improvements that lead to big wins.
The Professional: You hold a Bachelor’s degree and possess a deep understanding of P&L, food safety standards, and labor laws.
