As the Finance Manager, you will serve as a pillar of quality and operational integrity. You are expected to lead by example, conducting rigorous audits across various departments to ensure governance, financial accuracy, and strict adherence to internal and external compliance standards.
Job Objectives
To establish and maintain a framework of internal controls across all departmental processes.
To proactively identify systemic gaps and operational risks through meticulous, data-driven analysis, implementing corrective measures that drive organizational efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities
Examine and evaluate production and operational workflows to ensure maximum accuracy, financial prudence, and efficiency.
Identify potential operational threats and determine critical gaps in existing processes to facilitate continuous improvement.
Validate that the organization adheres to established standards and ensure the optimized utilization of company tools and systems.
Investigate operational errors and financial discrepancies to identify root causes and develop sustainable preventive measures.
Consolidate audit findings into detailed, data-backed reports for senior leadership, providing actionable recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.
Job Specifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Expert proficiency in reporting and Google Workspace tools.
Proven track record in internal auditing, financial governance, and process improvement.
Strong ability to assess complex details and conduct comprehensive Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Amenable to work full-time and onsite in Greenhills, San Juan City.
