Job Objectives:
To provide clerical and administrative support to the Accounting Department.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
Verify that transactions are recorded and encoded, utilizing spreadsheets and formulas.
Maintain accuracy in entry of financial data within the standard processing time.
Job Specifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, or other related fields.
Has intermediate knowledge in Google Spreadsheet functions.
Has the ability to anticipate needs and complete important tasks properly and on time.
Willing to work onsite in Greenhills, San Juan City.
