To provide good quality pastries while observing the food safety standards.
To ensure that all the areas in the kitchen will be clean and organized.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for product and menu development, and research and development (R&D).
Responsible for training for a startup bakeshop specializing in croissants and Asian breads.
Responsible for maintaining the Standard Operating Procedures of the workplace.
Job Specifications:
Has a proven track record in pastry and breads with formal education in pastry/breads and food science/technology education.
Minimum 10 years experience, excluding years in culinary school.
Should possess artistic skill in design, flavor, and dough development. Able to create signature product creation.
Flexible to work in Baclaran Paranaque and Wilson St. San Juan City.
