Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of more than 15 subordinates.
Focus on planning schedules and cascading to team members.
Initiate and facilitate coaching and staff training.
De-escalate employee conflicts and customer complaints.
Co-supervise with other team leads within the department.
Cascades latest product, service, and production processes.
Job Specifications:
At least High School Graduate
Able to ensure proper management of manpower scheduling.
At least 1 year of experience in leading and supervising a team, focusing on customer service and kitchen operations.
Has strong knowledge of food production processes and food safety standards
Willing to work in Upper Session Road, Baguio City.
