Job Summary:

The Brand Associate supports the execution of brand initiatives, business development opportunities, and cross-functional projects that strengthen brand growth and market presence. Working closely with the Brand Manager, this role helps ensure that brand strategies are effectively translated into execution across retail, digital, partnerships, and customer touchpoints.

Role:

The Retail Manager oversees the performance and operations of both physical stores and online platforms, ensuring that sales targets and customer experience standards are consistently achieved. While providing strategic direction on retail growth, merchandising, and sales strategies, the Retail Manager also plays a hands-on role in training and guiding sales associates to uphold the company’s values.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Management

  • Support the execution of brand strategies, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand activations.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity across all customer-facing touchpoints and corporate initiatives.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and consumer insights to identify prospective areas for growth.
  • Assist in evaluating overall brand performance and preparing data-driven reports to support management decision-making.

2. Business Development and Partnerships

  • Support the identification and evaluation of potential business development opportunities, strategic partnerships, and brand collaborations.
  • Coordinate requirements for external partnerships and ensure the smooth execution of joint initiatives and activations.
  • Assist in developing professional proposals, presentations, and supporting materials for prospective partners and stakeholders.
  • Track partnership performance against targets and provide recommendations for future opportunities.

3. Project Execution and Management

  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional requirements for campaigns, launches, events, and special projects.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are executed efficiently, within scope, and on schedule.
  • Support operational and logistical requirements for brand activations, launches, partnerships, and retail initiatives.
  • Ensure all brand initiatives are implemented with high attention to detail and strict alignment with business objectives.

4. Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Partner with the Creative team to ensure marketing assets, visual merchandising elements, and content align with brand objectives.
  • Work closely with the Retail team to align physical in-store experiences with the overall digital and brand direction.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team to support integrated brand initiatives and underlying business growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in brand management, marketing, or project coordination, preferably within the luxury, fashion, or premium lifestyle sectors.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and performance metrics to generate clear, actionable reports.
  • Amenable to work in Mandaluyong City office.
