Candidate Profile:
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, it is important that you have strong leadership traits and good command in assisting the Restaurant Manager in managing team members and overseeing the day-to-day operations.
Job Overview:
You will be guided in managing the front and back of the house, particularly on the daily operations. Executing consistent food safety, delivering high food quality, warm customer service, efficient workforce management, responsive reporting, tight inventory management, and implementation of store policies.
Job Objectives:
To ensure that food safety standards are being practiced at all times.
To implement best practices in providing excellent customer satisfaction.
To assist in proper managing and monitoring of stocks and inventories.
To assist in proper management of team members and overseeing of daily store operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists in conducting and managing team meetings to set daily schedules and activities.
Assists in monitoring standard production processes and strict observance of food safety.
Checks food and service quality consistently.
Assists in managing team members, preparing reports and inventory costs.
Assists in monitoring and replenishing of stocks and orderings.
Assists in overseeing and making sure that day-to-day operations are working smoothly.
Job Specifications:
Must be a graduate of 4-year course (HRM, Management, Marketing and Management).
Preferably with experience working in fast food industry.
Flexible in working extended hours, peak hours (including nights and early mornings), weekends, and holidays.
Must has knowledge in Profit & Loss Management
Must be people oriented and has good communication skills
Must be proactive and has initiative
Preferably living in Manila City
